
A TASTE OF LINDISFARNE - LOCKDOWN MINI RETREAT
Since our Lindisfarne retreats were sadly cancelled this year, we've decided to bring a taste of Lindisfarne to you!
The afternoon will be run on Zoom from 2-5pm and will include...
~ WELCOME MEDITATION ~
Leave your worries behind and arrive on the (virtual, but still magical) island of Lindisfarne.
~ PRANAYAMA ~
Focussing on kapalbhati, a breathing technique which helps get rid of stagnant energy in the body and build inner strength.
~ THE VALUE OF THE VINYASA ~
A workshop exploring vinyasas like you've never explored them before! We'll look at each pose of the vinyasa in detail, explore the vinyasa count and breath, and have fun playing with different options for jumping through and back.
~ YOGA OFF THE MAT ~
A chat on yoga philosophy. We'll take a look at a few of our favourite yoga sutras and think about how we can apply them to help our mindset over the coming weeks.
~ RESTORATIVE YOGA ~
A short restorative yoga practice, holding a few relaxing poses to let go of any physical and emotional tension, and prepare for our yoga nidra.
~ YOGA NIDRA ~
Finishing the afternoon with a yoga nidra - a guided meditation to lull you into a deep sense of peace and presence.
You'll also receive a mini goodie bag in the post ahead of the retreat!
The cost for the full afternoon is £25 per household.
An email with the Zoom link and info to make the most out of your afternoon will be sent out a few days before the event.
Please book at least 7 days ahead to ensure you receive your goody bag before the afternoon.
