Service Description
This will generally be a led class held at Old Low Light or Yoga Station, please ensure you check the venue beforehand. We will sometimes do a Mysore Style class, this is where you all work individually through the Ashthanga Primary Series practice with me on hand to help with postures and prompt you with the next posture. Its a lovely way to practice and has such a lovely vibe of people practicing together but also being very present in their own practice and being able to work at their own pace, please contact me if you would like more information about Mysore and if it is suitable for you.
